About a month ago, or six weeks ago, I visited Alan and really thought he would be leaving this world and moving into Eternity. I was a little sad to see him so physically ill.

When he rallied and started to talk longer on the phone, he mentioned his blog and wondering what to do about it. I have been his blog manager from the beginning of his blogging but have been super busy.

Yesterday, (25 October) Alan called me! Feeling so much better though still a little unsteady walking. As we talked (as he talked) (smile) I pulled up the blog and wrote that little message. YOU RESPONDED!

Your e-mails are bringing him so much joy! Keep writing!

He said today – I never thought anyone really cared! Then whatever you did, they started to write! People I had lost contact with are sending e-mails and it is SO MUCH FUN to hear from them.

Thank you dear friends of Alan Mowbray Jr. You are making a precious friend so happy! Don’t stop! His birthday is in January. Send him a card (Thanksgiving, Christmas, any holiday, Happy Today, Happy birthday). Send him an e-mail. Send me an email and I will tell you his phone number.
